Terms of Service
*If the weather is bad, I/Renee' do not want anyone get hurt. Call/text me and we will reschedule your appointment.

** If you are sick or you have been around sick people do not come in and make me/Renee' sick. Call/text and we will reschedule your appointment.
Types of payments:

Accepts credit/debit cards and cash.
​
If Renee' is accepting checks from you at this time, this will not change unless otherwise notified.
​
New clients are not able to write a check. Payment must be cash or a card.
​
Cancellation/No show policy:
​
I totally get it—life happens, and sometimes things come up last minute!
If you need to reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice so I can accommodate other guests and respect everyone’s time.
If a change is made less than 48 hour in advance, a $25 rebooking fee will be applied at your next appointment.

If you miss your appointment without notice, you may lose the ability to book future appointments. A quick text or call is all it takes!

Late Arrivals:​

Understand that if you are more than 5 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled at a $25 rebooking fee.

*Understanding that if you are running late, this makes me run late for other people for the rest of the day. Therefore, I will not run late for other people that are on time because you are running late.

Adjustment Policy:
​
Understanding that if you are not totally happy with your service, you must contact Renee' Kortz within 7 days of your appointment.

Adjustments are complimentary,
​
1. Only if you are using Jack Winn Pro products. I can not be held responsible for the use of other products.
2. Unless it is a change different from what we agreed on during the initial consultation.
